Beauty Boss Return & Refund Guidelines
14-Day Return Timeframe
If something isn’t quite right, you can request to return your order within 14 days from the date it’s delivered to you.
Conditions for Returning Items
We can only accept returns for products that are sent back in their original state. This means the item must not have been used or worn, all tags must still be attached, and it must be placed in the original packaging. Please also include a receipt or another form of purchase confirmation.
How to Arrange a Return
Email us at infobeautybosss@gmail.com to request a return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label along with simple instructions explaining how to send your parcel back. Any items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

If There’s a Problem With Your Order
We recommend checking your delivery as soon as it arrives. If you notice a fault, damage, or that you’ve received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Items We’re Unable to Accept as Returns
Certain products are excluded from our returns policy. These include:
• Perishable items such as food, flowers, or plants
• Custom-made or personalised orders
• Personal care and beauty products
• Hazardous goods, flammable liquids, or gases
If you’re unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before sending it back.
Please note that discounted items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Exchanging an Item
If you’d prefer a different product, the quickest option is to return your original item. After your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the replacement.
EU Customer Cancellation Rights
Orders delivered to countries within the European Union are covered by a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason.
All returned items must still meet our standard return requirements: unused, unworn, tagged, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Procedure
When your return reaches us, we’ll inspect it and confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or card provider.
